Sacredbonesrecords.com Return Policy?
Sacred Bones Records has a detailed shipping policy. Most orders take 2-5 business days to process before actually leaving the warehouse. If an item is not in stock, a refund will be issued. Pre-ordered items ship slightly before or on their release dates. If you are ordering other items along with a pre-order, all items will ship together. USPS does NOT guarantee the delivery times for any service they offer (including Priority). The USPS does estimate typical delivery times of 2 – 8 business days for Media Mail. For faster transit times, you can select Priority Mail. Please allow two weeks before contacting them for US orders, and 4 weeks for international orders. If the order has still not been received 30 days after it was shipped a replacement or refund can be issued. All packages are eligible for claim up to 75 days from when the package was shipped. If an item is returned to sender postage fees may be required for reshipping. They offer international shipping with DHL First Mile and USPS First Class or USPS Priority. DHL First Mile usually takes 2-4 weeks to deliver. If an item is returned to sender postage fees may be required for reshipping.
As for the return policy, returns are accepted ONLY for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests for return will be honored up to 30 days from receipt of damaged item. If you receive an item that has one of these issues, or you are missing merchandise, please email orders@sacredbonesrecords.com. Some issues may require photo verification. Damaged sleeves will get a replacement sleeve and damaged vinyl will get a replacement vinyl.
